Collaboration and co-creating a culture of care are at the core of our work. This isn’t about being moral or good; it’s about recognizing that our collective sense of safety has been shaped by experiences in cultures that often prioritize harm and violence, distorting our understanding of our own truths. To share our most radical truths, we first need to create safety—embracing failure and adjustment along the way. This means working slowly and intentionally. Our schedule makes space for quiet reflection, check-ins, breaks, and rest, allowing everyone to move at their own pace. We strive to build an environment where every person feels genuinely valued and supported.
